Horrible service to begin they charged me $400 for a pest control service…..all this service consist of is them renting u out rat traps for 2weeks while they check them for u…. Then after 2 weeks they take back the traps?????? Seriously I could have got the same amount of traps 6 for t less then 100 dollars n kept them for ever till I caught the rat…over all they took advantage of the situation horrible service never going back n never recommending just a heads up am leaving this exact review on all platforms I doubt u guys really care but hopefully I can stop someone else from making the same mistake did n that’s trusting u guys to handle ur job…. and the lady the office manager she is just the worst headache she got mad at me because I asked her for her name lol she knew they did me wrong

They were fantastic! We never had any issues. They did initial treatments when we moved in and then we continued monthly services and we never had any problems with critters. The cost was $34/month. I was very happy with the pricing. We have since moved, but we recommend them!

It went fine. Rick from JS Pest Control does an excellent job. Last visits we were dealing with ants that just would not go away and in July success. Rick used another treatment that worked great. No ants since. Great company great technician.

The experience has been pretty good. They are prompt and reliable. Because we have pets, we ask that they notify us of their time of arrival and they do that faithfully. They come every month on time.

The initial spray was that the bug guy was suppose to spray and take down the cob webs because we have black widows really bad. He removed one web around the fireplace, but failed to remove the ones from the patio and front eaves. The salesman who came to my home was reassuring that they would accommodate my work schedule so someone could let them in for a backyard spray and for the respray and future months they have set a time to come out only convenient for them. They are suppose to be open until 4 pm M-F, and they only spray until 1:30 pm. They gave me a website and magnet, but the website is non-existent. Very sad.

We've used this company for eight months now, and are pleased with them. They come monthly to spray outside and we never see any bugs in between their visits. They're also very considerate and call before they come out.

The first time they came to our house, they did an extra thorough job. The outlet covers were taken off to get inside the walls, and it took longer to finish that day. Since then, it has been the average twenty-minute job. The technicians are polite and arrive on time or early on some occasions. We can also call them any time we see any insects, and they will come over the very next day at no extra charge. This is the best service we have received by any pest control company.

Js Pest Control has a wonderful knowledgeable sales staff; however, their work crew fell short of our expectations as they have not done the work that was promised us. It has been difficult getting a response from the management and I would probably not recommend them.

The insect problem has been lowered drastically since hiring JS. The technicians spray in the same basic areas because that is where the insects breed. They have been nice, and we do not smell the chemicals used. They were not intimidated by our dog like some pest control technicians from other companies.
