I Contacted Honest-1 soon after the shop opened and spoke with Rich, the owner. I explained that I had overcharge my vehicle's air conditioning system. He assured me that he could take care of the problem and suggested I visit after 10 am. When I stopped by the shop, Rich greeted me and said he would get it taken care of right away. Since he didn't have a technician available, he handled the task himself. Within an hour, the problem was taken care of and I was on my way.

Went good, I am happy with their services.

They were prompt, clean and courteous.

It went great. They were very busy and as soon as I got to my appt. the manager warned me it could take about an hour because they had a lot going on. Was completed on time. While I waited the manager chatted with me, made sure I could get on their free wifi and generally made sure I was happy. I got the transmission fluid changed because when I went there on a previous appt. they said it could use to be done soon but wasn't an emergencyl.

Went in for an oil change and to diagnose an issue I was having. Not only did they find out what was wrong they took the time to explain why it happened and what to do in the future to prevent it from happening again. They did a great job. I will be back for any future maintenence.

My Ford 7.3L failed to start, and after checking everything that I knew to check had it towed to Honest-1 Auto Care. Although being very busy, they managed to troubleshoot the issue within a reasonable amount of time, and arrive at a starting point for the repairs. The owner/manager has a 7.3L diesel and was able to ascertain the problems. After replacing a couple of wiring harnesses, a 1 fuel injector, balancing the firing, changing filters/fluids, the truck is running better than it has for years! I highly recommend this business for all of your automotive repair needs!

Thank you, thank you, thank you Honest-1 for providing great service.  I used your company because of the great reviews I read here on Angie's List and I would agree with all of them.  We had an oil leak which made us concerned that we were looking at $1500+.  We took it in first thing this morning, by 9 am you called with your quote of $250 to replace the oil pan, and by the early afternoon you were done. And, to top it off, your staff brought my car to me at home and I drove back with them to pay for the service.  That's awesome customer service!  We have found our local repair shop and will definitely use you in the future...and, tell all of our friends.

We originally went to Big O Tires (further west on Craig) and were told that the cost would be over $500 because we had to have NEW rotors.  They did not even offer the option of machining the ones on the vehicle.  Luckily, we came here to Angie's List and researched other auto repair shops in the area.  After reading reviews, etc. we chose this shop.
Rich was honest, friendly, helpful and informative.  He walked us through every step and explained everything and let it be our choice.
I will be needing service on our other vehicle soon, and will definitely be a return customer.

They worked on my 1999 mit galant , and replaced a 14 year old alternator that had died
the price was right and the car was done one hour ahead of time. i think the name  is right HONEST-1 , I was reffered by one of my friends and also by "Angie's list" I am
a member Angie's list and will pass this on to them . ( P.S five star service ) .

I am not usually the person to write reviews, but I think a review is in order for this shop. I brought in my 4-runner for a simple smog issue, to replace an oxygen sensor. I also had the fluids changed including the rear end fluid changed because I was told over the phone that my vehicles rear differential fluid was really dirty and needed to be changed. 

It was Saturday at closing time when I picked up my 4-runner. I asked to speak to the tech who performed the service.  I asked him about the condition of the fluids removed. He stated that fluid that came out of the rear end were in perfect condition. I thought to myself I see a major discrepancy between what the front desk person told me over the phone and what the tech is telling me. Then to make matters worse while driving home I noticed that now my truck was having surging issues. When I brought my truck to them it was running absolutely perfect. Not cool!! I was absolutely floored  that I just spend $800 and that they were taking advantage of people like this. Just another shop in Las Vegas being dishonest. 

Unable to contact them on Sunday, I showed up first thing on monday morning after stewing on the issue for a day. The owner was opening the shop so I got to let him know how I felt. I told him that I did not appreciate being taking advantage of and that I was not very happy about my experience. He said that he did not do business like that and put a tech on my truck right away to figure out the issue. Two hours later after searching out the problem the issue was found. Apparently the wrong O2 sensor installed, which was the cause of the problem. 

The front office person, Rich was completely apologetic about the mix up. 

They are very courteous and prompt. The price they quote you doesn't include any hidden fees, which I appreciate. I'm very, very satisfied with their work! I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them if I have any other problems with my car and highly recommend them to others.

Everything was done as specified no surprises or huge delays.

The mechanic didn't just tell me what was wrong, he showed me.  He also told me that I didn't need all the work that I thought I did.  They did an excellent job in a timely manner and made me feel like they were actually providing me a service rather than ripping me off.  I'll recommend Honest-1 to friends & family.

The experience was great and we are impressed.  We will take the van there again when it needs work and recommend it to others that ask.  Pricing is about the same as anywhere else.

The repair was completed in short order.  A part was missing from the window assembly; I was shown the issue; it did not affect the repair.  The work was guaranteed.

Mechanic and Owner were very friendly, professional, and thorough.  I have had a problem with my vehicle since I bought it used in August of 2012.  I have taken it to 2 other shops,  that did not find the actual fuel problem.  H-1 on 2310 E. Craig Rd.spent ample time analizing the problems.  Mike the Mechanic took time to analize the electrical system explaining and showing me his process.  He
then went to the Fuel System and seemed to find the problem.
My car is running better and cranking better than anytime,  I have owned it.  I am more than pleased with this company.  They have a new happy customer.

I had a dying battery that I needed replaced ASAP as I was leaving town the next day. Of course my car's battery isn't easy to remove, it requires removing the driver front fender to get to it. My front brakes were also shot. I called Honest-1 around 3:30 in the afternoon and they told me they would be able to do both that evening. The staff was very friendly and informative and they didn't try to push a bunch of other work on me. Even though they were busy they were able to complete the work before closing and the cost was about $100 less than I had been quoted from other providers. This is the second time I've used them and have had outstanding experiences both times. Definitely highly recommended.
