Brian, the owner came out and gave great information on the water and what is needed. He did not try to sell an overpriced system. Installation was prompt 3 days later and Brian was present to supervise the entire process.

We found about this company from a card that was left under our door at our newly constructed home.  We had previously had another company come out and give us a quote and were seriously considering them.  I called and set up an appointment to have the owner , Brian Givani, come out and discuss his product and why it's better than the competitors.  Brian was very passionate and straight forward about his product on what it can and cannot do.  We really enjoyed him and especially his price.  We purchased the BEAST, which is a 7 stage refiner and couldn't be happier.  His price was thousands lower than a competitor's which is the same unit just a different name.  He delivered on everything he promised and put EVERYTHING in writing.  He even told us that we had 3 days by law to cancel which no one else mentioned.  He contacted us a week later to find out how our refiner was working and even stopped by twice to test our water so we could see that is was in fact doing its job.  We of course did our research prior to the appointment and saw that he was ACCREDITED by the BBB with an A rating.  He even explained that he's not a licensed contractor but he doesn't need to be as he has licensed plumbers doing the install.  Brian was there on the day of install with a licensed plumber making sure everything went smoothly and again to test the water.  Brian gave us the option to use any plumber but we chose his plumber due to price and reputation.  Top notch work!  Our refiner has a LIFETIME warranty through the manufacturer which is important should we move out of state.  My parents also bought the same system as they saw the value in protecting one of life's biggest purchases, a house.  It was a relief to find someone who could spell out our options so honestly and without bs.

Brian is very honest. He gave us information about someone who has provided false services for people in Las Vegas. They explained that what the other provider had told us was not true and we received false information. We respoect someone to be so truthful with us.
