No time wasted. Works steady and was extremely knowledgeable. Will not use anyone else as long as Exceptional Carpet Cleaning is around unless I have to in order to keep carpet warranty up. AM SO PLEASED!

It is a one-man operation. He cleans the best carpets. Everyone at the carpet company uses him. You cannot find anyone better. I have not found anyone who can clean carpets like he does. He is great.
