They are environmentally friendly. They did an OK job.

Until recently, I was very happy with their service. They have recently hired new receptionist/appointment clerks. They used to call a reminder monthly to set up an appointment but have stopped this service several months ago. Normal wait for an appointment was no more than 7 business days but often much shorter. I called recently and was given THE ONLY appointment for 14 business days away with no option for anything earlier. Normally the same technician comes to my house but others are usually available sooner. I was told there is only one tech available for the northwest area and no other appointments could be given any sooner. I would not recommend this company any longer and after 2 years of service I will not give them my business.

They always send the same person each time which I like so I know exactly who is coming. He comes out once a month and calls before he comes to make sure it s a good time for him to be coming or if he is going to be earlier than we had planned. He is very thorough and even sprays the rocks in and around my yard.

Enviro Pro comes every three months in the winter and more often in the summer to spray outside. Every once in a while, they spray inside also. We have used them for a year and feel they do a good job. We haven't seen any bugs in between their visits.
