The movers were efficient and professional. I liked that the sales person gave me a binding quote so there were no big surprises upon delivery. One of our boxes came up missing but they provided a claims form and were going to contact the other person who had a delivery that day. The most frustrating part of the experience was trying to get the last payment in cash on a Sunday. From what I learned from getting quotes, its not uncommon for movers to expect the final payment in cash.

They were very good, at first they gave us a quote of like $2700 but they have to pack up like mirrors and TVs and stuff like that so I had an extra $900 added but there was nothing broken. The 2 mover, I think they were from Russia or Romania or something like that but they were very, very nice people and they went the extra step to put up stuff where we wanted to them to set up stuff and like I said nothing was broken, nothing was missing, they're a very good company. They're a very good company. Other companies quote me like $4600 and they're very competitive. They came right away when we called, they told us that it could take up to 10 days for us to get our stuff, they guys did it in 2 days so that's great service.

"According to the contract that she signed, we have given her all the tools necessary to get her claim resolved. At this point, it is up to the client to follow the steps for submitting a proper claim. I have attached a copy of the delivery information sheet that was filled out by (member) stating that her first available date for delivery was 5/2/11. I have also attached a copy of the e-mail I sent to (Member) regarding her estimated delivery transit time, her balance at delivery and her drivers telephone #. Today I contacted Anthem claims management, the third party that handles any claims for our company, they informed us that as of this date, they have not received a claim from (Member) for her damaged and missing items."
