After contracting Double X for the project, they started the work about 2 weeks later and finished in about a day after pouring the concrete. The work looked good and we were pleased, Clint said if there was ever any problems to give him a call. Several weeks later we had some rain and the water poured thru a gap between the roof and the patio cover, enough that during the rain the patio was mostly unusable and that is one reason we put in the extension and cover, so we could set outside when it was raining and enjoy the clean air. Over the last several months I have made numerous calls to the office, left voice mail messages, and sent texts to Clint and have not received even a call back. Tired of waiting I finally got some caulk and went up on the roof sealed the gap myself. For the price of 2 tubes of caulk and about an hours work, they not only lost a repeat customer, but also lost any recommendation from me.
