Went great: Ryan came by and gave us an estimate on Monday. He knows his business, suggested a few things we had not thought about and we agreed to have him come out a do the cleaning on Thursday. He was/is pleasant and very professional.
On Thursday, he was outside the house hooking up his equipment and ready to go by the time we had agreed upon. This was an early AM start time.
We really liked his type of equipment. It was a truck/van mounted unit and all he brought into the house were hoses and the cleaning wand. Made for very efficient cleaning power.
Ryan stayed on task and was finished in no time and the results are outstanding! We pride ourselves on keeping a clean house and thought our tile and grout was clean. We were amazed on how much brighter the grout looked after Ryan was finished.
After Ryan was finished cleaning up his equipment, he walked through the house with us to ensure we were satisfied with the job and he gave us some helpful hints on floor care to keep our floor looking good awhile longer.
Overall, this was a relatively painless process with outstanding results. We were extremely pleased with Doctor Rugs and WILL use them AGAIN.
