Servpro did NOT provide the promised estimate or list of their services.
Servpro did not advise us that they could not provide a professional to remove the leaking water-heater.
Servpro left us with out hot water for 5 days!
Servpro sent an unitemized statement for $608.+
- The plumber charged $485.00 to remove & reinstall the water heater (time & materials)
- The drywall contractor charged $300.00 for labor & materials
Servpro had to be asked for an itemized bill.
The Servpro rep, Tina Ross, did NOT respond to emails or calls.
Servpro has made no effort to resolve the dispute, even after the BBB tried to resolve the matter Servpro
provided no contract documents, no incremental billings or electronic contact at any time.
Today I received documents that Servpro, owned by Desert Valley Contracting Inc.,has placed a lien on our home.
The owner, Jodi Zachary, is a notary Public and self files the paperwork
They are unethical, unresponsive and overpriced.
