CS CONTRACTING

We are in the process of buying a bank owned property and were relying on CS Contracting to finish up some work on the house for our FHA approval. They were to arrive at the property between 9 and 10 am. We waited there with our realtor and when 11am came and went and no one arrived, we called her and left several messages, none of which were returned. When finally our realtor got in touch with her, she yelled at him and said she wouldn't come today. Because we were in such a bind for time (had to close by Sept. 30 or lose the house), our realtor stepped up and called a handyman, who owed him a favor, to do the work she was supposed to do. That meant installing some light fixtures, putting some flush mounts on other open light receptacles, and putting covers on about 15 outlets and light switches. The next day when she did show up, she was dressed extremely unprofessionally (short shorts, flip flops (who does contracting work in flip flops!), and we had to be exposed to a thong every time she bent over or squatted down). They did put the garbage disposal in, however, this was after WE went and bought the disposal and made TWO ADDITIONAL TRIPS to the hardware store FOR THEM! It took the 2 of them about three hours to do these three simple things. They brought me back to the pre-Angie's List days, when all contractors we could find in Vegas were like this! Thank goodness for our realtor and his handyman or else we probably wouldn't have gotten the house!
