Creative Carpets

Justin is the best. Very professional, courteous, technically savvy, prompt and fairly priced the work. He also pointed out some mistakes made by the previous carpet installer and had some recommendations and fixes. all the work was done is less about 2 hours and it looks better than before. I would recommend Justin and if I did need to add carpeting in another room, I would certainly call him.

Excellent!! From the first call, I could tell he was going to be good, but he exceeded expectations in communication, installation and followup. I would give him a 10++ rating. I will highly recommend. He showed up when he said and explained everything. He would not be the cheapest or the most expensive, but you get what you pay for. I had a high quality carpet installed and he was the best one for the job. You won't be sorry

Justin arrived on time. He was friendly and very professional. We discussed repair options and he recommended an affordable fix. He estimated around $300. The final bill was $285. He completed the work in a timely manner. The carpet looked great when he finished. We were very pleased and would highly recommend Creative Carpets.

We were more then satisfied with Justin's work. He knows a lot about carpets and took the time to answer all our questions.
  Our carpet  was not stretched properly by someone else but now looks great. He also installed rubber ramps by our  slate kitchen tile so the carpet  & tile meet perfectly.

Justin arrive promptly on a Sunday, as we needed the work done immediately.  He removed the stained piece of carpet in a spare bedroom while another member of his team stretched out the wrinkle in the master bathroom carpet.  Everything was completed in less than 1 hour and their work was perfect, no mess left behind.  I would certainly use them again and would highly recommend their work.

My carpet had some areas that needed stretching.  Lots of ripples in the master bedroom, hallway, and my son's room.  They fixed all of that and repaired a tear in my son's room also.  Looks great overall.

Justin arrived on the time promised.  He looked at the job and confirmed that the estimate he provided by phone would be the price of his service.   He went to work and quickly installed the new carpet tack strips adjacent to a recently installed laminate floor.  He also applied a polymer adhesive to make sure the new floor did not creep up on the carpet pile.  He also cleaned up after the job very well.  
I will use Creative Carpets when I need any future carpet work done.

I called Las Vegas carpet repair and spoke to Justin, explained the problem and he said he would be over day after Thanksgiving.I had to work so my husband was there. He could not say enough of how efficient Justin and his wife were throughout the whole job. They stretched and laid the carpet and left with everything looking great. I would have them back again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone.

Justin came on time, he evaluated the scope of repairs necessary and verified a price discussed over the phone. The work to be done was explained to us in detail and performed in a very professional manner.

Justin was very easy to work with. He came out to remove carpet, padding and tack strips the first trip and then he worked us into his schedule to put in new tack strips, padding and reinstall the carpeting about a month or so later. Since this was a small job he worked us into his schedule. He always called with status of arrival about a half hour from our house and he was always early. Can't say enough about his work. I will definitely use them in the future and refer him for his professionalism and work.

I was absolutely amazed that I would find someone (after all the phone calls I had made) that would come out and  check to see if it would work to use the carpet from the closet.  I was impressed that it wasn't too small a job for him.  He did the work the day he came to see it.  He used a glue that would make sure that it really stayed down and that I wouldn't have to worry about my dogs again.  I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about him and the experience.

This is a re-install of existing carpet after a water leak.  I had received a lowball guesstimate from the company I originally bought the carpet from. Justin's price is in line with the insurance estimate and fair for the work done. After replacing some bad tack strips, they provided new pad, re-seamed and stretched the carpet. It a good installation.

The two installers arrived on time.  They removed the furniture, as agreed upon.  They delivered the new carpeting and pad.  They removed the old carpet and pad.  They installed the new carpet and replaced the furniture.  We're very happy with the work performed and would recommend them.

The end result was satisfactory.
