The Owner (Mike) came to my house to give me a on-site estimate. I appreciated that he took the time to talk to me so he could fully understand my requirements. His proposed design was exactly what I was looking for and the price was $1,000 less than the 2 other bids that I received.
His 3 person crew constructed the patio cover exactly as designed and their workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up the work site very well when they were finished too.
