It is a small company, the owner and maybe one other person. They are always on time. I have been dealing with Century Air Inc for over three years, I have never had a problem with them. Many times he has come in lower that other people and the item is fixed. He has never tried to upsale me anything. In the summer time if I have a problem with a unit they try to come the same day.
