They were honest and straightforward. They were willing to work with us and they were the most reasonably priced of all the folks we had talked to about it. They gave us some really good input on things we could do. We were headed down a different path and were not necessarily going to redo the tile in the kitchen. They really talked us out of it. They said they were not trying to make more money but they wanted us to have a better product. They said they would cut down in other areas that they didn't think were as important but they really thought that we should do the kitchen. We reflected on that and realized they were not out to make more money and they actually suggested some options for us to change it around a little bit in order to stay within our budget. Ultimately we did make a decision to do the kitchen and it made all the difference. They were really thoughtful. A friend had highly recommended them and we were very pleased with the outcome. They were timely and really affordable. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.
