 + -1 moreBreeze Brothers was fast, efficient, and clean. They began on-time. They were at the job site every morning at 7 am. Each worker was friendly, courteous, and clean cut. They kept the job site immaculate and finished our project within 60 days, a full 30 days ahead of schedule. Our neighbors started their project, with another contractor, 3 months before ours, and they're still not finished. You could not hire a better contractor than Breeze Brothers. They are the best!!
Description of Work: We had an addition built on to our home. This was an extra bedroom, bathroom, and closet.

 + -1 moreRichard Smith and his team were very timely, professional, and exceeded our expectations. The construction did not disrupt our lives and clean up was exceptional, our home was always livable. Richard was available for questions and very thorough in his estimate and presentation. There were never any surprises. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again for any future remodels we have!!
Description of Work: Room enclosure and expansion of master bedroom including some bathroom remodel. We had very specific details and expectations of this remodel.

 + -1 moreThe work was completed on time and within quoted budget. The workmen were courteous and clean up was done every day. Great care was taken to reduce the amount of inconvenience that came with living in a ''construction zone''. This made our experience a lot easier than anticipated.
Description of Work: They did expansion and remodeling of two rooms: living room/great room and master bedroom. The work included removal of existing exterior walls and building of new exterior and interior walls. There was an addition of bay window, new greenhouse window and additional windows throughout. There was a new roofline and expanded patio added, as well as a new 10 x 9 walk-in closet.
