Sevice was excellent. Business proprietor was the tech on the scene. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest & respectful. Did not engage in any services that were not necessary.

He installed a water softener and water purification system for me (approximately 8-10 years ago). They send out a reminder card letting you know when the systems need servicing which I like. He is friendly, professional, honest, and doesn't try to sell you something he feels you don't need. As an added benefit having a cell phone number has given me a great piece mind in case any water emergencies should arise.

Byron is one of the most honest home servicepeople we know. He was here once, installing a kitchen faucet, when we had to leave for an appointment. I made out a check to him, signed it and left the checkbook on the table, asking him to pay himself and lock the doorknob on his way out. He did. As to #5 below, he's often busy, but has made a special effort to come to help.

Best Water Treatment did a very good job and I feel that he knew what he was doing. He has been in business for years. I have been dealing with Byron for a long time now and he is very trustworthy. I really like that he has never over charged me throughout the years and he is always polite.
