They were on time, and the service man was very helpful with answering all my questions. My heater was not working at the time and he also took care of that problem free of charge (as it was something small). Calling to set up an appointment was very easy and the office staff was very well organized and also answered all of my questions and even told me exactly what he would check when he came out. I called back the day of my appointment and told them my heater wasn't working and they said that would be no problem the service man would be able to sort it out and have my heat running in no time. Overall Air Pride has gained a returning customer.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Air Duct Cleaning
Air Pride Air Conditioning & Heating did a very good job cleaning my ducts. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned my ducts in no time. They also did a very clean job as they didn't leave a mess anywhere. I didn't have any complaints about them and I thought they seemed like a pretty good company.
