A family owned and operated business with three locations AA Auto Care has served the North Las Vegas area since 2007. We offer free towing with major services. We also offer auto repair financing.

Recently they changed ownership so right now we kind of are in dispute with them, trying to settle. The situation is uncertain right now. It was a deal the previous owner set up for us. All four engine mounts to be replaced it they were compromised. It was supposed to be all four for $600 and they said they would still honor the same deal. On the drive back they told us they told us they had new owners. When we got the car back it was worse than when we took it in. When we checked the paperwork they tried to pull fast one, the new owners did, they only replaced two motor mounts. We were told this by the service representative who said he did not care if he got fired. He told us he would try to sort it out. We even asked them before they started if they would honor the deal. What they did right now was shady. We are not going to go there after this. We don't like the new owners. The quality used to be great. The new owners brought in a bunch of new guys and let go a bunch of the old guys. Even with the other owners they did take a long time compared to the other garages, they took about 50-percent longer, although they did cut us some deals. The new owners said they would honor the deal when we spoke on the phone and when they put it up on the rack, but they only replaced two.
Also, since the service the car does not always start on the first try. That never happened before either.
I will not return to this shop.
