They were here for about 2 hours. I paid them, and they left. Then I went and looked a little closer---they hadn’t picked anything up, they just dusted around things in the bedroom. I got to the bathroom, and they hadn’t cleaned the countertop or sink. I checked in the living room and they hadn’t dusted—you could still see dust on all of the surfaces. The screen on my TV was still filthy and there were smudges on my glass table-tops. The kitchen was still dirty: it didn’t look like they had even dusted or wiped anything down, not the counter tops or the stove. Then I looked at the floor, and could see big globs with dirt and hair, like they’d just swirled things around, not even cleaned it. The items on my bookshelves in there were all still dirty. I had to go back and clean it myself, despite the fact that I had just paid $100 to have someone clean it. I called to ask what had happened, if I had been unclear about what I wanted to have cleaned. She said she’d just understood that she would do the counters and the floors. She said that she’d do the inside of my fridge for me, if I had them come back again. I am tired of paying someone to do a job and not having them do it.

"I believe the customer is always right, this is not the case! I guess you cant please everyone after all, even if you ask them if everything is what they expected before leaving the home. The customer contacted me and stated she has company coming over and it was just herself and husband and they are rarely home so the house is not that bad off, her concern was 1bathroom 1 bedroom & her kitchen, so I quoted her over the phone $100 and said we would stay until the job was done to her satisfaction. When we arrived, she requested more work such as base board and the washer and dryer be cleaned on the phone she wanted the floors cleaned in the laubdry room not the washer and dryer? But I did it anyways at no additional charge she even asked what I just because it looked so good! Her house was very dirty, dog hair every where which is no problem, I moved furniture around so I could clean all the flooring,her floors was very dull so I asked what she wanted me to use and told her I have Mop N glow or Pine Sol, she told me she has her own stuff so I used it, I had to go over the floors sereral times because of the dog hair, the base boards in the bath room was done witha toothbrush & wash cloth and the toilet bottom area was done the same way, the rest of the bath room was cleaned as normal, dusting was done and the glass tables as well, she is right about the table, I did over look that! The kitchen counter tops were cleaned as well as exterior fridge, stove and the shelves were dusted and the table & chairs, after that I cleaned the floors in there. The last thing to be done was vaccume the bed room and area rug in the living room and I asked her if it was okay to vaccume. After that we thought the job was done and asked her to look around and make sure everything was done to her satisfaction so she did and even made a comment on how nice the washer and dryer was and asked me what I used? I told her I use Zep products and she seem to like it, so she paid us and said she would have us back another time and asked if I have a business card, I told her I was out so she gave me hers and we left. I went to my next locaction and 3 hours later she called complaining and asked if she was unclear about what was to be cleaned, I told her no and asked what the issue was and offered to make up for it. Like I said you cant please everyone. I'm truly sorry I could not make this customer happy and would love to do so."
