 + -1 moreWe call them every time we need help or something like installing lights. They have been out here three or four times since we have lived here for the last four years. We have used them over and over. They are very professional.
Description of Work: For electrical, we use a place called Williams Electric. They were here the last time because we needed some outlets and some electrical work done in the backyard where the horse stalls are.

 + -1 moreSituation is unresolved but we are moving on. This is why I joined Angie's List - to find a reputable electrician.
Description of Work: Attempted to fix an electical problem that is occuring between our air conditioner and our water tower (cooling tower for ac). They did not fix it but said they would be back. They never returned and after calling them three different times (with no follow-up on their part), our problem is unsolved. Frustrating situation (to say the least).

 + -1 moreI called several companies from Angie's List for a quote. This office staff called me back (great customer service skills) and told me the guy didn't want to give me a bid because he was busy and this was going to be expensive, unless I really wanted the work done. I said, "Yes, this was why I was getting quotes." They came out on Thursday 5/31/07. When I returned home the cover for the electrical wiring was sitting at my front door. No notes, no quote, just the panel cover. I called today to get the quote, and again the office staff was great and gave me the information I needed. Still, I was very upset to find the electrical panel sitting at my front door with no notes, and left off completely! When I mentioned that the panel was left off, the office staff can't understand why he would have done that. Overall, I had to request quote multiple times, field staff unprofessional, leaving cover off I felt was dangerous.
Description of Work: Requested a bid to replace main electrical box. Needs to be brought up to code and room for expansion.

 + 0 moreI contacted them on 7/20/06 and was told the electrician was on another job. The receptionist said she would call me back either later that day or latest the next day to schedule a bid. I gave them a few days and made my decision without their bid because I never heard from them. I am nervous about hiring a company that doesn't return calls. They did eventually call me back almost 2 weeks later. Ironically it was 2 hours after the work had already been done.
Description of Work: We were adding new lighting to our existing home. 5 new recessed lights on a dimmer switch in one room and one light tied into an existing switch.

 + 0 moreWilliams Electric had an exceptionally knowledgeable crew. We felt that they were honest and very hard working as they cleaned up everything when they were done. I would recommend them to family and friends because I was one hundred percent satisfied.
Description of Work: They installed four exterior lights and rewired four rooms in our house.
