Exterior Painting
I was told a crew would come out for 2 days and apply 2 coats. One guy showed up, applied one coat in a few hours, and refused to paint the shutters, which was agreed upon until I called his office.

Interior Painting
It took 2 painters and more than 16 hours to do job correctly, there is lack of communication between 5 Star employees. Michael tried to bully me. The newmetric system for security door was broken by 5 Star. Lowell's is replacing no charge to me. Paint all over new hardware. They used interior paint to paint exterior of front door. Many problems not enough room to work.
