We had a pressing concern and they made the time to consult with us and install the mitigation quickly.

Communication was very poor. Didn't consult with us on the direction of the gate installation.

They did a good job. Communication could have been a little better. Overall I would recommend them. The crew was very friendly and did a good job on our fence.

They treated us right!

The Pinnacle Construction crew installed a new 7ft cedar fence around my home. They were fast, did quality work, and very professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs fence work.

Jim did a very professional and excellent job in installing a gate along the side of our property. We're very pleased with our new gate.

This company is poorly operated. I had multiple issues over the course of the project, which took over a month to complete. I had to tell them 4 times the job wasn?t complete when they wanted final payment. They didn?t even know the job wasn?t complete every time. The last time, I hat to tell them they left pickets in my neighbors yard that they didn?t finish placing on the fence. I finally got the owner to help with the project. When I told him my frustrations, he simply said, ?that?s what the last 20 customers told me.? He then walked away. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Jim was the foreman on the project. He was the only good thing about this company. He was great to us, and he did everything he could to get the job done, but he didn?t get the support from the company. If Jim had his own company I?d give him 10 stars. This family run business needs to learn how to be a business. They told me multiple times they were a family business. But after all the headaches we had, I told them I wanted a discount. The job was supposed to be completed in a week. And it took almost 6 weeks. The office manager agreed to a discount. Then told me her husband was mad at her for it. And she charged us the full price. They don?t hold their word, as a family business should. And are not customer friendly.

Jim at Pinnacle did a great job. Courteous and professional.

They installed 4x6" fence posts to replace the 4x4" posts commonly found and what was on the original fence for a more sturdy and longer lasting finished product. They were on time, worked very quickly, cleaned the site and were courteous and professional.

We had a few issues with timing, some of which were out of their control. The finished product is excellent. I needed a gate in the middle of the fence which the guys constructed on the spot. It works great.

They did a fantastic job. Not only did we have to work on doing two different designs to please our neighbor but the finished product was amazing. The custom section was better then we could have imagined.

Great job,would hirer again.

Grant was very professional. When my husband wanted to change something he did his best to do what he wanted. He came and dug up the posts. Next day he came and started the gates and half done. Had to go get more material. The third morning he came on time and finished the job. And we are very happy with the outcome.

This company is fast and reasonable and perform quality work.

Norm was prompt with his estimate and a fair price. Tanner and crew were efficient and fast. It was an enjoyable experience on my part. Has anyone said that about a construction project?

They were a little late but were very professional and efficient when they arrived and would have hired them but decided to only do a portion of the fence instead of the whole thing. UPDATE 9/24/19: This company originally gave me a quote for replacement of a fence on one side of my property but after consulting with them, they wound up replacing the fence on the other side which was less than half the length of the original work and just replacing a few boards and a post on the long side. They charged me the original amount (I left a signed check with my son) for less than half the work and the work was terrible! Several of the boards they put in were warped, they did not remove a large piece of concrete in the ground from the existing fence, and they did not take all the debris, for which I paid an extra $500. I would not recommend them.

It's nice working with "Gentlemen" that still enjoy doing their job and do their best to make their job stress free. They worked professionally , asked questions when needed, cleaned up after themselves and completed the job to my satisfaction. Thank You!! Jeff
