Kevin the owner arrived 30 minutes before the appointment in which he did call to verify it was OK to come sooner. He was able to pin point the problem right away. Told me the cost of the part which was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable, professional and very nice. The service took about an hour. At the end he explained what he did and any other do's and don'ts. Exceptional work!
