M SCOTT PROPERTIES INC

The property manager was very slow about getting estimates to get work done after the tenant moved out.  The tenant was evicted and left the house broken and dirty.  M. Scott has a lock smith go out and change the locks.  Turns up the lock smith charged for new hardware that was not installed on the house.  This was done under the nose of the property manager.  It was three weeks and still did not get a cleaning crew to look at the property to clean the house.  They did sent our a painter that took it upon himself to paint the interior or the house.  He painted it the color he wanted and sprayed over everything including bugs.  The paint was peeling off within a week.  I had to buy three new bedroom doors spending over $250 plus labor to paint and hang them that if it were not for the painter I would not have had to do.  When I requested someone from the property management to come and look at the job they authorized they decided to quit the management and kept the money I sent them for miscellaneous repairs that they did not pay for.  I was unable to get any of my calls returned.  I will be taking this outfit to small claims to recover the money I gave them.  I found this company not to be trusted.  Don't give them any money and don't let them have the keys to your house.  They have not provided any receipts to show where they spent my $350 and stated I can go find them on my own.
