Was quoted $4100. They never answered my phone calls asking if this was for about 40 hours of work. I signed the contract for repair as I had to protect tenants equipment from water damage and bad weather was coming. They completed the job in about ten man hours and when I requested a modification of the billing to a fair amount it was refused because I was told I had signed a contract. I was told that any work over $1000 required a contract. My advice is to not sign a contract unless it is for time and materials. For roofing work contact the Nevada State Contractors Board,
