This place is the worst. They treat customers and animals really bad. They throw the animals around like they are garbage

Dr Nelson and his assistant Stephen were both very caring of both us and for our cat. They showed great concern in finding the issues with her and to do it quickly. By the time we got home after we left her there for testing (15 mins.) Dr Nelson called with results. He made a plan of how we could treat her and we went right back to pick her up and the meds. She lasted only about a month and during both visits they were very caring and compassionate. We received a sympathy card from them that was written personally by Dr Nelson. They are a great team of people there and they really care about your "furry" family member as if it was there own. I'd recommend them to anyone.

My Dog had several teeth removed. The staff was very caring and professional and responed to all my questions with great care.

Marie is my groomer for my Sophie and she has always done an exceptional job on creating the perfect top knot on my 1/2 Italian Greyhound and part poodle. Sophie has sparse fur and and not very curly but Marie does a perfectly round top all over. I had no idea that she was so skilled until I visited several other groomers much to my horror and terrible experiences else where. Sophie weighs 10 lbs. and it's much more difficult I think to do the smaller dogs because every little thing shows up. I think it's important to have an all over even cut and Marie's does this. No missed spots around the mouth, elbows, knees and everywhere, very professional job all around. It's a technical cut and not just a trim.
If you need a perfect job done very meticulously and with care, call and ask for Marie. You will not be disappointed.
Another service is the boarding and I boarded her to go shopping or on outings where I couldn't take my dog. I have no complaints and the price was right. I know you can also have your dog picked up and brought back to you I think as a Senior service but I have not yet used that service.

In the past two years our dog has stayed for planned (multiple weeks in advance) vacations and once for a family emergency.  Every time I have felt comfortable leaving her there.  
Our dog is not used to be around a bunch of other (barking) dogs so she was scared to go in until we started giving the attendant a toy to take with her to her kennel.  Also, we found out it was best to use the kennels' bedding, etc since our dog would rip up the blankets that we left with her.  
I have recommended the kennel to friends and will definitely be using it again since I don't have to worry about our dog while we are away.

Their prices are very reasonable. We have been using them for six years. He as delivered our pups, done surgeries. He is excellent.

I breed and show and I think Dr. Ross is wonderful. 9/21/11 was only a health certificate for air travel. I have had b****** spayed by him and they are fully recovered in five days. The scars are infintesimal. One of my dogs last year somehow managed to implant two foxtails in the roof of her mouth. They traveled up and formed a huge abcess behind her eye. She could not open her mouth without screaming. Dr. Ross took care of it, and although recovery was slow because of the nature of the infection, she is now enjoying her tenth year. He is not afraid to confer with specialists over a problem. He is truly top notch.

This vet provides excellent customer service and are very good with the animals. I think the price is high for a little dog but I will continue to use them.

They do a wonderful job. They are very caring about your pets. Their prices are good. They are clean and have fabulous employees.

We have been going there for the past 6 years. They are pet passionate, and owner passionate. They listen to you as an owner. They are through and explain everything to you. I have a special love for Dr. Talbot and Dr. Katie Roberts there. There office staff is friendly and well organized. They do everything to get you in if you have an emergency also.
