They're wonderful and what they did was perfect. He worked and he's very good of what he did. He said that the chimney was in good shape. He wasn't trying to find something that's going to cost us and with that, he was so honest.

They were prompt and they did a nice job. I will call them again if I have chimney problems. He gave me a free estimate. Honest to God, I can't remember what I paid but it was a minimum amount because it was mostly examination and reassurance that there was nothing wrong with my chimney. They were excellent, friendly, prompt, and did more than they had to do at a good price.

The owner, Ron, told us he would be here at 10 a.m. on 3-3-14, and promptly at 10 a.m. is when he arrived. He had everything he needed in his work truck. He brought into the house several flexible sheet-type area protectors, and he placed them around the chimney pipe and the pellet stove and on the floor, to protect everything from getting the black ash all over it. He used his tall ladder to access our rooftop, and cleaned the chimney pipe from the top - down. This knocked a lot of black ash down the chimney and into the stove. After completing the cleaning job, he gathered his protectors carefully and took them to his truck. He made very sure that he had thoroughly cleaned the stove and the mess resulting from the cleaning. He started the stove, to make sure it was all working correctly. All this time he was very friendly and courteous to us. He did a very professional job, very thorough, and we were very pleased with the overall job. We will definitely hire him again!

They have a standard fee and we paid their standard minimum, which was maybe $125 for fireplace cleaning and inspection. They are fantastic and awesome. They also do home inspection. It happened to be the same people when we bought our house who came to do the home inspection initially. They are very professional, have a good price, very courteous and very impressionable. They were great.

They worked their schedule to move us to an earlier date even though they were very busy with the start of the cold time of year here. They were prompt, thorough, inspected the chimney as well as cleaned it, came in at the price estimated. We have used them 3 times (twice for home inspections when we were buying the house here and looking at another before we bought this one) and now for chimney cleaning. They are honest, professional, friendly and I trust them. We left them a key to the house this time so they could do the work on a day when we were unable to be there. I highly recommend them.

I use them yearly and they do an excellent job. They explain everything and give us helpful tips on how to get the best heat conduction from our stove. They are very knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond to help us. I will use them again in the future.
