Excellent? Search lasted two year, not as planned, but looking from out of state twice a year. Contacted thru out the two year period
with friendly touch base communication, with helpful information and home listings. This fall after visit/shopping we were contacted with a possible short sale. The realtor stepped out and surveyed the house, and documented the listing with many many more pictures and much more. The realtor help establish direct contact with the bank, and helped file the necessary papers. Hope it will go thru, but who knows. Excellent !!
