+ -1 moreWe had trouble setting up an appointment time.(apparently too busy). When finally able to get an appointment 2 weeks in advance,was called the day before to re-schedule the appointment. We had driven down to our winter home 220 miles just for this appointment. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Can't make it to appointments.
