We were satisfied with the service.  We occasionally had the same people cleaning our home.  The cleaning was professional, the appearance of the employees was professional.

The owner, Cindy would call and confirm the cleaning a day or two before the scheduled appointment.  This past July (2013) they just stopped calling and stopped coming.

Their pricing seems to be fairly reasonable.  In regards to their quality, I usually end up going around inspecting their work afterwards which the cleaners know.  This is something I usually end up having to do which I do not like.  I would use them in the future though.

I only used this company one time and the primary reason was because my house smelled like smoke. They did not smoke in my house, but all three of the ladies smoked outside while they were cleaning and they brought the smell inside with them. They also quoted me one price over the phone based on the square footage and after cleaning it, the price went up. I thought it was misleading upfront. I do not remember the price I paid because it has been a while since I used them. They did do a very good job cleaning, so the quality of work was good. I just did not appreciate them smoking around my house.

I am pleased with this maid. I have had previous bad experiences with other maids beginning to slack off from doing the work. I feel the price is a little high, but as long as the work keeps getting done correctly, I cannot complain too much. This is a trial run with this particular service and so far so good.

I would have to say that even though they spoke broken English, they were very nice and polite. Things went smoothly for the first six months. Everything always looked beautiful and everything went accordingly. After that things seemed to go down hill. I always had them do the same jobs when they came. After so long, they started to do what they thought they should do. It was just enough for them to get by on. I am no longer satisfied and I have recently fired them on the spot.
