Excellent and fast service. I have used this company at least 6 times for various properties and it is always done right the first time.

They came to inspect my ac on a home I just purchased. They were patient while an electrician had the power out and then did a very thorough inspection of my system. He gave me an assessment of the system based on its age, gave me options due to the age of the unit on how much it might cost if it needed to be replaced. No hard sell, just passing info across and appreciate his honesty and if the system were to go out Your Air would be MY Air replacement company.

After the inspection, I was told that one of the two furnaces needed to be replaced  - and that it was unsafe to operate and may leak carbon monoxide.  As the furnace was just 8 years old, this seemed odd (furnaces should last 15-20yrs).  The quote for a new one was $2,700. 
I called another company for a second opinion (A-rated on Angie's List by over 300 customers).  They came out the same day and said there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it should last many more years. 
Just to be sure and safe, I purchased a carbon monoxide detector as well.  After a full week, it has shown a "0" reading for carbon monoxide detection. 
This was a very disappointing and eye-opening experience.

I cleared up garage area from around existing AC / heat unit to prepare for Jeremy & crew. They arrived on time and five or so hours later were finished. The AC worked immediately where I had to raise thermostat up a couple of degrees from past setting. They loaded up their van with all the debris / old system and cleaned up their work area. Came back a few days later and checked freon level.
Very professional.

They were awesome. There was no charge yesterday when they were here but it was related to a call they made a couple of months ago in May to replace a fan motor and capacitors. They also repaired some burned wiring. Al was the guy who came. He was super, super good. He was very timely. They said he would be there between 11-1 and he was there between 11-1. He was very thoughtful. He had to come in and out the back door and he always put on booties so he didn't track any dirt in my house. He left a work order when he was done and he followed up with a call to make sure I understood what he wrote and that everything was good.
