Willey Home Furnishings - Las Vegas

It was here and we hadn't used it because we didn't need it. It was Christmas time and the family was coming over, we wanted to open it up and it wouldn't open. It was a new one, it's one of those that opens up and has a drop leaf. They didn't charge us, they just replaced it. What could you say having someone do something nearly as nice for you? They could have said, "Well, you're out of warranty, so forget it."

They are always really nice. The one thing is I bought about fives ago we had bought a real nice table and chair set from them and we had it for almost a year and it's one that opens up it was near Christmas time and we went to open it and the darn thing wouldn't open so we went back to Willeys  and even though it's been a year they ordered a new table and delivered it to us so i thought that was pretty nice.

It’s a very large furniture and appliance store. I paid $1000. The overall experience was wonderful. I had pricing that I got to know from the internet, it came below the internet price. We have bought other things from them as well and its always been top of the line. I would rate them highly across the board. I would use them again in the future.

We initially went to a home improvement store, but they did not contract with anyone who could deliver and install dishwashers on Saturdays; so we went to RC Willey. We've made many purchases from them in the past and always been pleased. RC Willey had a good selection of dishwashers at competitive prices and told us the installation company they use do installations on Saturdays. We made our selection and then called the installation company to set up an appointment. They were available that Saturday, showed up on time, and installed the dishwasher with no problems. I would definitely consider RC Willey for my future appliance purchases.

I was very satisfied with the end project. We got several bids before settling on RC Willys. We knew someone who had used them as well. They didn't tear out the carpet and tile, they tiled as they pulled up the carpet.

They did a great job. There is no seams or anything like that. The flooring is easy to keep clean. I have never been so happy with it. The company showed up when they said they were going to. It took a day longer than expected but other than that it went very well. It was everything we expected and more.

Very poor carpet quality that looks absolutely terrible immediately after installation and continues to look worse after only one month. R C Willey unwilling to work with customer on making this purchase satisfactory. Suppose to be customer satisfaction guaranteed. R C Willey does not uphold this standard, and carpet warranties are worthless both from the retailer R C Willey and the manufacturer.

R C Willey Home Furnishings did a really good job on our carpet. The workers were very polite and respectful in our home. The sales guy explained all the different choices we had to choose from. All of the tacks were hidden and our carpet looks great. I couldn't remember what the total cost was.

R C Willey Home Furnishings did a wonderful job installing our carpet. They came out the next day after I had purchased it and installed the carpet. The guys that came out were very thorough. They made sure everything was done right and we were happy with the work that they did.

RC Willey did a wonderful job on our carpet. The installation crew was very polite and installed the carpet perfectly as there are not tacks showing and the carpet lies flat. We have had no problems with it and we are very satisfied.

The installation crew asked who was removing the bathroom fixtures as it wasn't their job and I had to hire someone, costing me about another $800.00 that we didn t anticipate. I wasn't pleased when this happened as it wasn't mentioned to me until the last minute. I called R C Willey, and the supervisor I spoke with wasn't cooperative saying did you think it was free. I oversaw the work as it went, and many times it was hard to communicate with the crew due to the language barrier. Anything I saw that wasn t right, I had them correct as they went along. Some of the tile was a different color shade, when I noticed this I had them remove the pieces before the grout hardened. The work was finally completed; everything looks nice now that it's done, but if I wasn't watching over them we would have had a big mess. The bathroom fixtures were replaced at my expense and I felt for the amount of money I was spending the company shouldn t have charged me for the removal of the bathroom items.

I bought my appliances at RC Willey and they do good work and honored my warranty. The repairman did a good job and was dependable. I would definitely use them again and they ve never given me any hassle.

RC Willey had a large selection of tile to choose from. They hired a sub-contractor to do the installation and they did a good job as they were very efficient and responsive to our needs. It was a pretty big job and took a little over a week to finish. I felt the tile looked nice and that overall they did a good job.

R C Willey sent out three knowledgeable men to install the new carpeting that we purchased from their store. The men removed the old carpeting efficiently as I wanted to salvage it for my garage and installed the new carpeting perfectly. The men were professional and made sure we were satisfied before leaving our home. The company is professional; sold us top quality carpeting and made sure the installation work was done to our satisfaction.

I was very pleased with the job he did and he cleaned up very well. RC Willey is a good company and they know what they re doing. They re professional, experienced and they do good work. I bought a maintenance agreement in the past, but I don t remember how much it was.

I think RC Willey is expensive, but they have good quality carpet and they do excellent work. Their workmanship is great and I have no complaints with them. They were on time and I highly recommend them.
