Wow; this company was responsive, polite and very professional. They found the easy fix and were very reasonable. Since I have three garage doors, Im keeping their number handy. I will use them again!

It was difficult to get a hold of them. They were moving from one location to another. The locks, with change of seasons, is hard to lock. It takes some working with to accomplish.

Called Thursday, came early Friday morning as scheduled. Two service techs. came, very professional and did the job very quickly and professionally. Gate needed some additional work to get latch and spring added. I was quoted $95 for labor (parts I purchased) , I received a discount with coupon and the total was $85. Even without coupon the rate was reasonable for excellent work.

Very well. It took longer than expected because the hardware on my old wooden doors was frozen with rust and paint. The technician worked very hard and I was impressed.

Things went well. After placing the order I realized the garage door spring had broken. When the repairman came he quoted me a price for replacing the spring. Nothing pushy, very respectful.

The install went well, the tech (I can't remember his name--nice kid) was on time and even though I had multiple people from other companies in and out of the garage working while he was there, he got the job done quickly and efficiently. The only problem was that I forgot to mention that I was an Angie's List member and didn't get my 15% discount. Live and learn, I guess. Other than that, I am thrilled with the install!

Very nice work, quick and thorough. Made sure I was pleased with the job before he left. The Liftmaster opener I got is more than adequate for the door it is opening. I got that as a special on Angies list and it is working out great.
