Western Appliance Service & Repair

I ended up having to go buy an additional stove and fridge because they never delivered them. I kept calling Western to put a rush on the delivery because the renters were about to move in (45 days after I purchased the appliances), but I never heard back from them. They also delivered the dishwasher, but never connected it. I ended up having to go to Lowe's the day the new renters were set to move in and purchase another stove and fridge for the tenants.

I've talked to them many, many times and they say they will deliver and they never do. They still owe me, a year later.

We called Western Appliances to purchase a frig. They were quick with the delivery and taking our money.
We purchased a side by side white frig, in which the ice maker stopped working. I called Western Appliance as my appliance had a 90 day warranty on it. I finally after two weeks of calling got someone to come look at it.
They informed me that I needed a new ice maker, and left. Come to find out they were not even affiliated with Western Appliances but a contract company.
I continued to call Western Appliances, when I got some one to answer I told them what the repair men told me, yet again explained that my frig was under warranty and I needed someone to come fix this. I was told he would look into it immediately and would get back to me.I still have yet to get a call back that was week three.
