I can't say enough about how great Brandon and his team were through the whole process I explained that I have a few horses that were without water when the pump failed, they came out within an hour to diagnose the issue. Had the well pump pulled and replaced on the same day. The two guys he had working for him that day were working fast even in the Las Vegas heat extremely clean had the whole area cleaned up better then before by the time they left .

They came out immediately to access the problem and arrange a time to pull the well. A pump had to be ordered. Everything went well and we had water again in 2 days. Of course the cost to pull a well is enormous and always shocking to hear. Our well is very deep, nearly 800 feet therefore very costly to pull.

Spoke to Brandon (I'm assuming an owner or manager) on a Sat night about my well pump going bad. Explained that I performed the ohm test on the lines and they indicated the pump itself would need to be replaced. Made an appointment for Sun morning for them to come out and replace the pump. Brandon said they had the pump and could do the job on Sunday. He price quoted me approx 2000 for the pump, 2500 for the pump and new control box together, and $1 per foot going down the well as well as $1 foot going up the well. These are all the prices he quoted me. Sun morning the tech arrived on time. I explained to him what I discussed with Brandon. He performed the same ohm test and confirmed I either had a bad pump or a bad red wire, but either way the pump would need to be pulled. He told me they do not have any pumps available. He added that the only pump they had was being used at another job that same day. He then told me I had to pay $92 to have him come out, but it would be credited if I had them replace the pump on Monday. I called Brandon back up and explained that I wasn't going to pay $92 now when Brandon set an appointment with me to have the pump pulled and replaced on Sunday. Brandon replied, "You have to pay the $92". And when I said I was not going to, he hung up on me. Pretty awful business operations. The tech did less than 5 min worth of work, and the work he did was information I had already given Brandon before setting up an appointment TO HAVE MY PUMP REPLACED, NOT TO HAVE A TECH COME OUT AND TEST TO SEE IF I NEEDED A PUMP TO BE REPLACED.

All went reasonably well. They had some difficulty removing the old metal tank because thir crane could not lift it with the amount of sludge build up in the tank. They used a hose to clean out the tank and left the material in my yard. Also they did not insulate the fill line which I did before these freeze nights. Other that that they were quick and professional and did a good instalation.
The removal and installation of the pump and liner string went without a hitch.
The price for this work was excellent.

We have been using Water Well Services to maintain our well since they drilled it in 1997. Up until a year or two ago they were wonderful. They arrived when they said they would or called if they would be late. Their pricing was reasonable and the people were professional. Then something changed. It seems like there is no one managing the company. They never show when they say they will. The dispatch guy who answers the phone is not only rude, he outright lies (and quot;I never said we would be there todayand quot;etc.) The problem is they seem to be the only game in town. So, if someone has another dependable water well service company, PLEASE post it!

I have used Water Well Services for 10 years at this location. They drilled the well in 2002 and have serviced the well twice a year since 2003. In 2006 the well pump began giving a grounded reading and I was informed one day the pump would have to be replaced as it would quit working. In 2012 almost 6 years later the pump quit and had to be replaced as there was no water.
Water Well Services came out the same day and replaced the pump, electrical box and 100 feet of pipe, By the time i got home from work the well pump was installed, water was again flowing to the house and the area was completely cleaned up. You would have never known any work had been done as they were very professional and left the area clean.
In January of 2013 we had a hard freeze and they again responded on an emergence basis and wrapped the pipes with more insulation and gave suggestions on how to keep the pipes from freezing, and the charge was a normal maintenance fee no extra charge for an emergency.

After phone conversation, came to residence and determined problems with the well. He recommended options for R/R and provided estimate within a few hours. Set the appointment for the following day, called to let us know the arrival time that was in the window agreed on, and completed the R/R within the timeframe and dollar estimate. Recommended future servicing and left the site completely clean. The service was very professionally executed.
