Our prices for water heater repair, replacement, and other plumbing repairs are very competitive and we do meet or beat the prices of our competitors in most cases. Our family has been in the plumbing business since 1935. We are 4 generations of plumbing contractors (now going on to our 5th generation) and are a small "Mom and Pop" type company that is open 24hrs 7days a week. We take great pride in our experience, expertise, quality and customer service, that we provide to meet the consumer's needs. Best Service from Craig from Water Heaters today! Before he even came on property he gave me a rough estimate based on different sizes, explained things that are included that other plumbers might charge for (like earthquake straps and drip pans), and explained a few things that would increase the price but are not common. I felt it was very transparent in terms of what costs to expect, while understanding it was not yet an official estimate. I mentioned wanting to get it changed today and he was concerned about the place he gets water heaters closing since it's Sunday (he was getting one with a longer warranty than DIY stores). This man went ahead and picked up the water heater and showed up to give an estimate ready to go. The price didn't change from what he initially said. He replaced it for $1k less than the other quotes. I will absolutely recommend and plan to use this company again should a plumbing need arise in the future.

Craig, the owner, was a lifesaver. We found ourselves with a highly dangerous unprofessionally installed water heater. He took care of the issue immediately, restoring hot water to the house the very next day, changing from tankless to tank, and giving us many options to choose from to correct the problem. He is honest, considerate and enjoys being helpful especially to those in need as a natural part of his character. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend him.

5-star service and top-quality installation performed by Water Heaters Today, LLC. I purchased a property and my Inspector missed a major hazardous item, on my tankless system. Craig worked non-stop for 9 hours replacing my entire system. When finished he insisted that he clean up and my garage floors never looked better! I highly recommend Water Heaters Today, LLC for their extensive knowledge base and Nordstrom Customer Care. They are the only plumbing company I will ever use and refer to family & friends.
