The scheduling department at Walker Furniture was very patient with me in delivering the love seat I'd ordered. I had to reschedule multiple times before finding a time that worked for me. The two guys who delivered it couldn't have been nicer, and I really appreciate everyone's help and patience.

Sometimes it's hard to find someone there who wants to help you. It gets busy and the employees aren't really eager to help out. You've got to go find somebody to help you out. They're average. I don't have any problems with them. They had to reschedule our appointment. I'm not sure if I'd use them in the future -- maybe I will, but probably no.

When we walked in everything was fine. The sales person was friendly and not too pushy. My wife is currently 5 months pregnant and she calls it a "nesting phase" and wanted a new couch. We found the one she wanted and we paid for the couch. The girl at the counter that took the payment said we could get a morning delivery for 2 days later. That the driver would call and give us an approximate time for the delivery. The morning the driver called he told me that they would deliver the couch between 1pm and 5pm. I asked him about the morning delivery and he said that the sales person wasn't supposed to tell us that and asked if the time was ok or not. I said well unless you cant deliver it earlier then I had not choice unless they did it another day. so I called Walker Furniture about the dilemma and I was transferred to 5 different people until I reached the operations manager. She said that they were sorry but there was nothing that they could do. Now mind you the delivery people cannot remove your old furniture do to liability reasons which is understandable. So I had to move the couches out that morning before I went to work expecting a morning delivery. I explained to the ops manager that my pregnant wife and daughter had no couches because we were expecting a morning delivery and that they would have to go without anything until possibly 5pm!!!! If i would have known that I would have picked up the couch myself. Plus we paid a $100 delivery charge. They offered to refund half the delivery charge but that still didn't help the fact of the inconvenience. I would never buy a piece of furniture from this company again.

We were greeted at the door by sales people and encouraged to ask any questions. I really liked that the sales people did not hound us and try to sell us extra items. When we had found the mattresses we wanted we approached Michael and he assisted by confirming these mattresses were available quickly. We then searched for living room furniture and found some great pieces. Michael again researched when they would be available for delivery and assisted us in finding other furniture when it became apparant one chair was no longer availble. He was very professional and courteous. My daughter then found a great vanity which we added to the order. Michael made sure we were given the current discounts and the furniture was delivered three days later as promised. All the furniture is good quality and the delivery people were prompt and professional.

Not good. I talked to Alonia today and she was very rude, unprofessional, and didn't return my call from last week. She said I would have to complain with Stainsafe. Walker furniture would not refund my $160. 7 year warranty for Stainsafe. Basically I needed to contact Stainsafe because Walker doesn't deal with the issues of the warranty that I purchased from them for $160. So it has been 7 months of going between Stainsafe and Walker Furniture. I don't know what else to do to get a resolution. Now I am willing to buy the inner core from Walker to replace the urine filled cushion that was supposed to be cleaned by Stainsafe. I have to go down to Walker Furniture to pay for the cushion before they will order the part. PENDING OUTCOME
