VIP POOL SERVICE & REPAIR

I have been using the service for about a year now and am satisfied. Pool services I have had in the past seem to have a problem showing up regularly. Jeff of VIP is regular and when something happens he lets me know and reschedules.

The service man was friendly and the job seemed fine . Only after six months did I find out of the mistake. It was too late.

Our pool filter started leaking. I called VIP and they evaluated the problem the next morning. They then called me with an estimate. With my approval, they replaced the filter the same day. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Darrin came out and gave an estimate for bead-blasting the calcium off of my pool and spa. Did a great job at an expected rate. I have had them continue doing the weekly service on the pool since then. They charge $110 per month to clean and balance chemicals. Clean filters quarterly as part of the service. My pool looks and feels great (which it didn't when I was doing the chemicals). Always prompt, always pleasant. They do a great service. Highly recommend.

Darren is awesome. Responded promptly, provided detailed information and pros and cons of the job. took care of receiving discount from Nevada Power. Over-all great service from a polite and honest guy.

It went great, they responded quickly and started the cleaning the very next day. The estimate was what was actually charged and they are also going to provide follow up to be sure everything is ok.

Called on Friday and they said they would be out Monday morning before noon. Very prompt, arrived at 9:30am and did a good job of cleaning the filters. I felt they were a little high on the price compared to what I paid previously but in this town if you can find someone who shows up when the say they will-it's worth paying a little more!!

I'm a Realtor, representing a Buyer in a home sale (in a very exclusive neighborhood). Prior to closing escrow, the seller's agent was to arrange to have the pool cleaned, which he did 3 or 4 times but could not get the other companies to show up. I then went on to Angie's list to search for a pool service company that had good reports. VIP Pool Service was the only one to actually have a live person answer the phone and it was Darren, the owner. I called him late in the afternoon and he said he would be there at 10 a.m. the next morning, HE WAS THERE right when he said he'd be there. He took several readings from the water in ALL areas and proceeded to describe the scope of work necessary and why. He and his staff showed on time and completed the work on budget and as described. The new homeowner is VERY pleased and has hired VIP Pool Service to perform weekly service. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a qualified and reliable pool service.

The service was excellent. All the work was done on time and completely met my expectations. I am going to use VIP for my weekly cleaning.

Went fairly well. Darren came over for the appointment on time, gave us an honest estimate and did the whole job himself in a day.

Darren is great. He says that the only thing his customers should have to do with their pool is "enjoy it." He comes once a week, is very knowledgeable, and friendly. At first, I thought $100 a month was high, but it's not for the services/maintenance he performs.
