They were great! Professional attitude and service.

Started out great and the monthly price was very competitive. But it was too good to be true, because Rey would ocassionally perform extra work without asking first, with unexpected additional costs. The company also changed their payment address without notice, and Rey got upset that my checks were still going to the previous address for a few months, accusing me of not paying, when the payments were timely made all along. The company address listed on this site as of this review is still not updated. Also, before I got cameras at the front door, I was rarely notified when my service date took place. I then realized that sometimes they would come towards the end of the month, and then would visit again just a few weeks later, in the first half of the next month... which is a bit impractical for a monthly service. Ultimately, they quit coming out when I finally refused to accept unapproved additional work. I'm not a big fan of shakedowns. It's incumbent on the service provider to communicate before performing unapproved additional work.

I texted with him within minutes of my inquiring about whether or not he could come out. He was here and finished installing within two hours and my life has changed for the better because I now can perform all of my watering tasks by logging into an application that is connected to wifi. The previous system was over 20 years old and was difficult for me to see and required I go out into the garage to make changes. Ray stopped at Star Nursery and bought the unit I asked him to buy. I was able to connect the unit to my wifi and it has worked flawlessly since it was installed. This unit even allows me to manually water or delay watering if it rained or is going to rain. It was an Orbit Bhyve 4 station unit. He quoted me a price which is the same as what was eventually charged and he provided me with a receipt that I used to claim a rebate of half the cost of the unit. I was more than satisfied.

It went extremely well. They were on time, they took time to make sure to get the job done right. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them to others!!!!
