He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in providing appraisal information that saved me time and money. I had planned to pay $350 for an appraisal with another company that just made the appointment without any questions. I didn't feel right about it and so I called him since he was on Angieslist. It turns out, an appraisal would not be necessary in my case. If I or anyone I know EVER needs an appraisal, I would call him first. He went out of his way to do the right thing, even if it meant he didn't make money off of me. Very refreshing.

Appraiser Paul Johnson was a pleasure to do business with. He listened to what services I was requesting and tailored he program to fit my needs within an extremely reasonable budget (I needed more than one appraisal). He ensured constant contact with me until the product was delivered directly to my door. I found him on Angie's List and would highly recommend him to anyone needing an appraisal report.
