Horrible. They hit me up for more money after installation, even though I prepaid for full installation through Amazon. Then, two months after installation it came down from my ceiling! Fortunately, the electrical wire held it long enough that I was able to clear the area and put down a mattress before it fell completely. Otherwise, it could easily have killed/injured me or a member of my family. The electric companies I called to deal with the issue (Vegas Pro Electrical never returned my call!) each expressed dismay at how woefully it was installed—with drywall mounts intended for lightweight wall hangings. It was never secured to support beams or studs, and the scratch resistant adhesive used to protect the unit during shipping wasn’t even removed before it was hung.
