Vatche and his team are very diligent, organized, and responsive. I must admit there were times when I questioned their calm confidence that and quot;we'll be good to goand quot;, despite many challenges along the way. However, looking back I now see that they were on top of it all and so and quot;cooland quot; about it because they're so used to working through difficult assignments.
If you are looking for a no-nonsense company that focuses on actions and getting loans done, then I would highly recommend Valley West. Other companies I've worked with spend much more energy on lip service and perception but fail to deliver.
