I would definitely recommend them. They gave us a lot of options it was really nice. It was a nice experience.

US Homes Corporation don't want to stand by their work. The house is really nice. It is really spacious and open with a large fireplace. Our only problem was with the warranty. We had problems with our carpet, the air conditioning, and the doors. We can't get this company back out here to do any of the repairs that need done.

US Howe was easy to work with as they listened to all of our concerns. What impressed us most was that they continued to ask us if we were satisfied during the building process. After the closing, they even came and fixed anything we noticed that was not right, such as a loose door knob and things like that.

The homebuilder and work crews did a good job and the home was built on time. There were no major problems and the sales lady was caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend US Homes and I would use them again.
