Following Unlimited's stellar job for our partial carpet cleaning in December, we decided to hire them again to clean the floors of the house following our moving out. The same technician from December, arrived in a timely manner and he was more than polite and professional. We discussed the project before beginning. As they had been there only 3 months prior, a verbal estimate was given to us via phone prior to their arrival since they were familiar with the house. They abided by this estimate with no additional charges. This is one thing I appreciate about this company. They are honest, truthful and upfront about all charges. No hidden costs unless you request additional services. This is exactly what I did. Our garage pebble-tech floor needed cleaning. I showed it to the tech and he was not sure if their methods of cleaning would work. He tried it and to all of our amazement, the floor looked brand new again! Fantastic. He did the whole garage floor for us, at additional cost of course. The entire house of carpets, stairs, kitchen tile & grout and the garage floor was done at such a good cost. As we had nearly 3500 square feet of flooring to clean, not including the three-car garage, they did an amazing job at a very fair price. I can't speak enough good about this company. Thank you again Ultimate. Keep up the great work. I'll be calling again when I need you. Give them a try. You won't be sorry.

The service tech visited a week prior to the service call to give us an estimate. He was very punctual, polite and professional. We booked him immediately after the estimate was given. On the day of the service, the same tech arrived and was again very courteous and professional. He completed the job in a very timely manner and with fantastic results. Our carpets looked wonderful again. The treatment that was used on the pet stains (additional nominal cost) was the best I had ever seen. Our stains were not very bad, but they needed treatment nonetheless. He guranteed that his treatment would get rid of them and if they should come back, he would come back and treat them again and again until they were gone. A second treatment was never needed. His word was true. They never came back. The prices are very comparable with other companies. In fact, I think even better as they did not have any hidden charges. They did all the work we wanted and never tried to upsell us to things we did not want or ask about, nor need. We are now moving out of that house and are in the cleaning stages of the same areas, as well as the upstairs carpets and the kitchen tile and grout. I have booked them to do this job next week. I have every faith that it will be as good, if not better than the first time. I recommend this company with high regard. Overall...AAA+++ Thank you Unlimited Carpet, Tile and Grout. Fantastic.
