When we picked it up to move, it was in excellent shape and a secure
place to store something you don't have room for or not allowed due to
HOA restrictions. Would definitely use them again if we ever move back to the area.

Customer service representatives were very friendly. Only problem we had was the truck was very old and I don't think it calculated the mileage right. Although they did adjust the rate to reflect the appropriate mileage.

They were very nice and tried to give us a storage close to unhaul our stuff. They gave us a discount on the truck because we had so much stuff to move. They were very helpful.
