Our good fortune was finding Trustworthy Restoration company Jake was great to work with he went above and beyond to help our claim with our HOA get approved and Jorge and his team did immaculate work on the drywall, flooring and all other work putting our place back together thank you for all your efforts I highly recommend Trustworthy.

They came on the appointed day and time. They did the prep work and came back the following day to complete the work. They cleaned up after themselves. All paint work was completed with my satisfaction.

Not only did they do a very good job, but while here, we had issues in another bathroom - they installed a new toilet and flooring in the guest bathroom too. We will call (and have called) them again for their services.

We hired Trustworthy Restoration & Construction Services to remodel our master bathroom after they completed the water damage mitigation and reconstruction project.  The reconstruction of our bathroom was slowed down a bit because the original wall tile we chose for the shower and bathtub surround ended up looking nothing like the samples we had seen at Daltile.  So, we went through a lengthy process of trying to choose decorative bathtub surround and shower floor tile to go with Silestone shower walls, vanity tops, and bathtub top.  Jake & Matt were very patient with us during this process, which lasted through the 2014 holiday season.  Once we had the silestone shower walls, bathroom vanity tops, and bathtub top installed, Matt handled the installation of decorative tile on the shower floor, bathtub surround, bathtub wall, and the installation of "faux wood" ceramic tile on the bathroom floor.  He had to do all this while also completing other projects they had picked up during the time that we were going through the process of choosing all of this new tiling.  So, our project probably took longer than they, and we, would have liked, but we were not their only project at the time.  It might have helped speed things up a bit if Matt had a team of 1 or 2 to help him with cutting the tile for our bathroom floor, but he really worked hard to get it right.  We are extremely pleased with the end result of their work, and thankful that they were patient with us during this lengthy process.

We were very satisfied and pleased with Jake & Matt, and the team of workers they brought in to do all of this work.  They were courteous, professional, and were able to work around our schedules to complete the job in a timely manner.  We ended up hiring them to do a master bath remodel project right after the water mitigation work was completed.

Fantastic! The work I needed completed was mold remediation in a master bathroom, dry wall and painting. His painters were equally and professional as Jake. They arrived on time, did exactly what work we agreed upon at the price quoted.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing affordable and professional work completed in a timely manner. It would be a waste of time and money to use anyone else.

I discovered some mold and a warped baseboard moulding in my daughters room. After investigating, I realized that the only way this baseboard could get wet is by a roof leak/flashing issue. I called in a roofer to repair my roof and he highly recommended Jake at Trustworthy Restoration and Construction Services to deal with my mold remediation issue that I had.
I contacted Jake to give me an estimate on my mold problem and he came over immediately. Jake is very professional and very knowledgeable in all types of mold remediation. I did not have a large problem and he said he could take care of this at a very reasonable cost.
Jake came back at another date and brought in his equipment to do the work which by all accounts was very well done. While Jake had the drywall cut out of the wall, I went outside to perform a water leak check to see if I still had a water leak and unfortunately I did. It was a very small leak and at this point Jake completed his work, cleaned up his tools, equipment and so on and left. He did a great job explaining what he was doing and what types of Eco-friendly chemicals he was using. He was thorough and cleaned up any mess that he made and was disposing of all the mold in plastic bags and was using his negative pressure Hepa filtration system.
I did have the roofer back to the house to troubleshoot the leak while the wall was still open and it was very hard to pinpoint the leak. I cut out some more drywall to help diagnose the leak. After which I did have a question concerning what I though 'could' be a very small area of mold, so I called Jake back and told him about this. He came by once again and treated the area of concern at no extra charge.
All in all, Jake was a very trustworthy and knowledgeable person and I would definitely use him again should the need arise, which I hope will not!
