I called Trusted Hauling and removal to demolish our inground pool. It was either refurbish or demolish. refurbishing for something with rarely use just wasn't worth it.  I tried Home Advisor as well and they had no recommendations for this type of demolition project.

They came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate and time frame for the work. They were here on Monday and started working and bringing in their equipment. I would suggest if you are thinking of doing this prepare for 3 days of jack hammer work and a large compressor in your driveway. 

This was hard, labor intensive work and they guys were always working only taking a break for lunch and short break due to the heat. They demolished our pool, removed the broken up decking and back filled the area with two large dump trucks of fill.

At first my husband thought the price was high but after watching the amount of work it takes to return our back yard to its previous state he feels it was a very good price.

If your pool is unused, and all you are doing is adding chemicals, cleaning and not using a money pit

I would recommend Trusted Hauling. They cleaned up when they were done removed rebar and pvc from the pool.

Susan and her were workers were friendly, courteous and always helpful. She answered by texts quickly and took action when needed.

She also told us what else needs to be done such as disconnecting electrical and piping around where the equipment use to be to be signed off on the city permit. I had no idea we had to do this stuff as they never tell you at the city. Hopefully we won't have this level of need again but be sure I would use them again.

I no longer have to worry about testing the water, cleaning filters, skimmer baskets and algae that is growing even though my tests indicate a balanced pool. Refurbishing would have cost 3 times as much for a pool that we did not use.

I picked Trusted from the choices on the List after checking their website and liking what I saw there.  I initiated contact by email and Randy responded immediately since I'd noted that timing was an issue.  I gave him an initial list of what I needed...he quoted what I felt was a good price; we struck a deal.  Shortly thereafter, I had to add to that list; he requoted; again I agreed...MORE than fair IMHO given the kind of heavy lifting involved (especially given our ghod-awful heat), and I was able to set-up an immediate appointment on what was really very short notice.  I was already in my new condo, so, as promised, on the agreed upon day, I received a call from Dave to let me know that they were on their way.  We connected at my old house on-schedule, and they made short work of EVERYTHING that needed doing including a couple of last-minute "whoops the movers missed this" add-ons.  To put it mildly, my entire move had been more a tragedy than comedy of errors, so it was such a joy to deal with two thorough-going professional guys who were totally pleasant, friendly people as well.  I would (and probably will) most certainly call Trusted again, and I can't recommend their services too highly.

Contacted Susan at Trusted Hauling & Clean-up to remove a broken 8X8 above ground spa.They arrived witin the time window agreed upon.The spa needed to be cut up and hauled from my backyard to the front yard and on their trailer.They had to navigate past the pool and many landscape items.It was around 100 degrees that day and the two man crew did it in the time they quoted.They came prepared and were total professionals leaving nothing behind but an outline.They provide many other services which I will use  in the future.I highly urge giving them your business.They CAN be trusted.

I don't live in the area.   My Dad had a small townhouse in Sun city that we had as a rental.   Once he passed, and the lease expired, we came into town to fix it up for sale.
What awaited us was a nightmare of trash and pet damage from the tenants.  I could not even get contractors in until the trash and carpet was removed.
I had limited time in town, I called them and they were there within two days and completely cleaned the place, including removing all the carpet, pad and trash.  They were very quick, professional and better priced that the national competitors.  
I would use them again in a second, and I highly recommend this company.

My experience was very nice. I do remember the guy wanted to charge me a lot more and I said no. They offered free quote and quoted me a price but I said no to the amount. He came back and gave me a price almost 40% less and I said I can deal with that. That did not make me happy because of the fact that it means they were willing to work with that amount of money but they were trying to give much more. But he did the job so I cant really complain much.

They did a lovely job; I was real happy with them. They also found a rat living underneath there so they hauled that too; they said half the time they do that, they find a rat under those things. It was disgusting but they got rid of it. In fact I have a girl friend that wants her spa out and I am going to recommend them. Their price was very comparable; I think for as much as work they put in to in, it was a very good price. I priced a guy that would come in with a crane to go over the house and was about the same. They were not going to be on time because they had a problem but they called and let me know. They were very good and professional.

Susan and another girl (cannot remember her name) arrived on time on the coldest morning of the year.  They got to work immediately and removed anything that I told them I no longer wanted or needed.  Then, they pulled everything away from the walls and put disinfectant on all droppings and then removed them and put everything back.  They were prompt, efficient and very informative.  They told me what to look for to tell if rodents had gotten into other parts of my home.  There was no evidence of any other rodent activity besides the garage, thank goodness!!!

It went much faster and easier than I expected it to and Susan and her helpers were very quick and professional while doing an excellent job. I would have decided to use them but 1 or more of them spoke to outside people which caused me problems. They should have kept what we had spoke about and what they had done confidential. They should not have been talking about what they did and what they thought inside my home. If people had questions they should have referred them to me. 

He arrived on time was very nice.  I think it was a little too much money for what he did.

PERFECT COMPANY!  Reliable, friendly, willing to work hard, and FAST!  The bid was very reasonable, the services excellent, and I am using them for another job July 2, 2013.  Susan is honest, ethical, and fair.  Thank you for a job VERY well done!

I found a few more items which they took because they had room in the van.  I just called them for another job!

My experience with them was excellent and the price was very reasonable. They were very nice people and they did an overall good job.

Time constrants allowed me only one day to do move. They were able to come out next day from call prvious night. Was more of a job than I thought. They used a crane to lift jacuzzi over home, transported to another home and placed on patio.

They did an excellent job tearing down our old, dirty, jacuzzi that was half full of VERY dirty water. They hauled it away and left a clean job site. Thank you!
