That was the second time I've used them I used them last year as well, so yes they are very good. They were timely and they cleaned up afterwards and trimmed the trees very nicely. I sure it could be cheaper even though I thought it was reasonable. It was probably two hours total they had a pretty large crew.

TreePro gave me a quote and trimmed my trees same day. The crew arrived when indicated. Without delay the crew of 3 got right to work. All work exceeded my expectations. They left my yard as clean they found it. All debris was removed to include raking and power blowing.

Good- 2nd year I used them, will continue to do so.

The team at TreePro contacted me shortly after my AL request for service to confirm my preferred dates. I was impressed with their customer service and scheduling savvy. They were able to get to my order within a week whereas other local LV services were booked more than a month out. TreePro's quote came in $50 less than any other local provider with the AL promo. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Because I paid upfront through AL there there was no need for me to take time off work to be there for the trimming. I came home to perfectly trim Spanish palms and no mess or sign of work in my backyard. I'm going to use TreePro again next year and recommend you do the same.

They came in a timely manner and did a great job,I have used them again for grinding a stump so I could plant a garden.

I purchased the Palm Tree Trimming package from Angie's List on August 8, 2016. No response from TreePro. I called TreePro on August 10 and left a message. TreePro did not return my call. Emailed TreePro on August 11 and requested a response to schedule service, no response. I called and emailed TreePro again on August 15, no response to date. Requesting a refund on August 16. Very disappointed with my Angie's List purchase. After leaving multiple phone messages and emails no response from TreePro after 1 week. I purchased my Angie's List membership believing I would be dealing with reputable pre-screened businesses. I was wrong. This leaves me questioning not only TreePro but also my Angie's List membership.

They did a good job with the trees and cleaned up the mess nicely. However, it was very hard to schedule a time for them to come out with multiple false alarms before they finally came after weeks of trying to schedule. Also, once they were here, they took a long time to do the job and the crew was arguing with each other. They were nice to me though.

Ron Goodwin's price is very competitive & workers are great about cleanup & hauling debris away- much better than previous yard care workers we have used. They even scooped pieces from the pool & used a blower to clean the pool deck. Definitely recommend them. Scheduling during busy spring/summer season can be challenging, but just work with Ron (he uses text messages to stay in touch, which helps a lot!!). You will not be sorry you hired Treepro!!

This was a big deal purchase.The experience was fine. The ad was misleading. They said the trimming was only for one year's growth and I had more than one year's growth. But the listing never said it was for one year's growth. I don't think one year's growth on a palm tree is very much.

It went smoothly. They showed up when they said they would and finished in around and hour and half Picked up all debris from the trees and took with. Great job.

The original problem I had with them was that I wanted to cancel the service because we never could connect. Then finally, they came out and took care of it probably a week later. They did a good job, but it took about a week for them to finally confirm a date. They looked good when they were done and they actually did send a picture because I was not living in the property at that time.

Arrived on time. Workers were polite and professional. They consulted me as needed and gave me an updated price as I added quite a few unscheduled services. Left property looking great.

crew did a decent job in trimming all the trees, however, they left my yard a mess. I didn't mind that so much until i found that they broke one of my yard lamps. i found it laying on the ground. I called Ron to let him know and he advised he would come back to fix it. He has yet to show. How many times do i have to call? seriously dude!! Unreal.. I guess that great price he charged is irrelevant since I now have to pay someone to come fix my yard lamp. extremely irritated and disappointed. even though they have A ratings I will not use them again. my advise, make sure someone is home to keep an eye on them.

This business charged me 210 to trim two palm trees, plant a cypress and trim a shrub. Included in their quote was "Clean and blow rocks from front yard". Upon completing the job, I found they had left weeds and pine needles and other debris in the rocks in the front yard. When I called to ask if they could please come back and blow out the rocks and get the weeds, I was promised they'd be back out that day. No one ever came. I called again, to gently remind them that this hadn't been done. Ron said, "today before end of day, I promise." Nothing. This morning I called again and was told that Ron didn't appreciate receiving texts at 2 am about the matter. I explained that the message was only sent then because that's when I work. (BTW, the text was another simple, kind reminder.) I was also told that they aren't a weeding company and that the word weed was never on my quote. Fair enough. But for a business to throw attitude when a customer is being as friendly as I was about this was unbelievable to me. I sent him a text saying, forget it. I will simply leave a review on Google about my experience with their company. Ron simply texted back, "lol".

Ron sent me a text message on Sunday letting me know his crew would be here between 8am and 8:30am. At 8am Monday morning his crew was busy on the first of two trees in the front yard. He climbed into the trees to cut the big stuff with all the safety gear. I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge of these trees. By 11:30 he had completed the most difficult tree in the backyard. The cleanup was completed with blowing the yard front and back. The trees look well shaped, nicely thinned out. A very professional job at a very good price. Ron stopped by several times during the job to see how his crew was doing and to give us some ideas for future trimming after the trees fill in from the next years growth. I would not hesitate to have TreePro return in January or February next year! Ron Goodwin and crew; thank you!!!

Tree Pro was fantastic. Came home at 7 pm and found half of a very large tree in my front yard had come down and was blocking the walkway up to my house. Called Tree Pro to leave a message. At 7 pm the owner, Ron Goodwin not only answered the phone, but said he could come by that evening and give me an estimate and it it was OK, could have someone there the next morning. He did exactly what he said. Within an hour and half he had looked at the tree, texted me a quote, left a written quote at my home and arranged for his crew to be at my home the next morning. The crew arrived promptly the next morning. Quickly handled the tree and complete cleaned up all debris. The crew was very friendly and professional. This was an amazing experience - incredible customer service and a great job. Would recommend Tree Pro for any tree removal, trimming etc.

Ron made the process very easy and affordable. I had to remove these trees because the roots were damaging my neighbor's side of the wall. I had 3 estimates, and Ron provided me with a much lower estimate than the other tree removal companies. Ron and his crew were very punctual; his crew worked all day until the work was completed; they cleaned everything up after; were polite and respectful.

Everything was beautiful. They were timely. They cleaned up after themselves They did very good work. Their prices were very competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Crew of 3 showed up less than 15 hours after initial contact. I did not stay for the service, but when I came back everything was done exactly as requested and they did an extremely thorough cleanup job. They also touched up another small tree I had in the front that was encroaching on the driveway that I had completely forgotten about, gratis.

They arrived on time and installed the new tree as agreed. I was not home when they arrived and they did as promised and emailed my invoice. All went very well even better than we had planned.

For trimming relatively large trees, and 5-6 of them for under $500, I would have to say it was not overpriced. What I had (and still have) trouble with is the "deal." The deal I bought was "$99 for $200 credit towards tree service." The final bill I got was approximately $450, and since I paid $99 already through Angie's List, I had to give him a check for the remainder -- approximately $350. Most of the actual work was done by a nice Latino man, and the supervisor (I think he's the owner, too) was there briefly. Today, a year later, I just saw the ad on Angie's List (through their email) that TreePro is doing another promotion, "$75 for $150 credit towards tree service." I just had to write this review today and let people (who are presumably unsuspecting like me a year ago) know that this promotion is not any different from "$75 off." Most importantly, the prices for their service seem to be determined on the spot by the supervisor guy (without any apparent logic). So the "promotion" of "$75 for $150 credit towards..." really has no meaning as there is no predetermined price structure (e.g., $75 for a tree which is taller than 15 feet). It's like health care. We deplore the lack of transparency on their price structure for years, and what we pay for medical services seem to be determined randomly... If doctors can do it, why not tree guys!

i worked with Ron and he came out and had his guys clean up trim and shape my 50ft pine tree. it was and awesome sight to come home too. i will use this company again. thank you
