Fantastic job! These trees are around the swimming pool in my backyard. All of the concrete around the pool has a Kool Deck surface coating and I just had all new landscaping installed, so the need to be careful was extremely important. The owner Ron understood my concern and his expert trimmer Luis did a fantastic job. The trees look great, no damage was done and the cleanup was perfect. I will hire them again and highly recommend!

I used Tree Pro in 2016 and had them back again in May of this year. They worked with me on the process, checking in often for my OK on what they suggested and the results. Cleanup was thorough.

Work was done correct and on time. Gave me a quote over the phone once I send him a picture of the tree. I thought they wouldn't clean up the tree as much as I wanted but they did. The price is very reasonable also. Compared to few others that I contacted. Would hired again

There were some problems, mostly because I didn't understand what I actually purchased. I didn't read the fine print closely enough, so there was miscommunication about the type of palm trees. I have regular palm trees and the deal I bought was actually for Mexican palms. Well, Ron was very gracious and after we discussed the situation he came over and gave me a very good price to do the job. At first I wasn't too happy with the results , however after Ron explained why the cut was done the way it was, I understood and was satisfied with the results. I am planning on using Tree Pro to do further work in the fall.

The whole process went very smoothly with the 2 TreePro employees arriving right on time between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. My 2 taller palm trees, which required climbing, did not take all that long to complete. However, my remaining Canary palm (no climbing, just a ladder & my retaining wall) took quite a bit longer to get in proper order. The Canary palm alone needed about one hour's worth of work. I should mention that this was certainly the most thorough and professional trimming of my Canary palm that I have ever experienced. Others in the past have simply removed 1 or 2 rows of fronds without really bothering to clean out the seed pods from in between the fronds, etc. All debris was cleaned up and hauled away on completion. I plan on using TreePro again next year and for any other unexpected tree-related issues that may arise in the meantime.

Very professional. Great work. Great cleanup. They did exactly what I asked for. Will use them again. Note: I asked them to trim back my palm trees very thin. I am given to understand that this is not normally what people do, but it is what I wanted and they did it.

Hired Ron at Tree Pros for their big deal and knew due to the length of neglect of maintenance of this tree that the $105 offer would not cover the amount of work needed. I requested a at home estimate which he didn't bat an eye at as so many others I've hired have and made room in his schedule for the estimate for the next day. He arrived on time and looked at the tree and agreed that it was in dire need and when he gave me the price I almost choked as it was only for $120!! I couldn't agree fast enough and when his crew arrived today to do the work, also on time, they wasted no time getting the job done, even occasionally checking with me to make sure I was happy with their work up to that point! The biggest surprise was that there was such a mess under the tree from leaves that covered weeds and when they cleaned up, they left it looking like professional gardeners had been there!! I can't stress the satisfaction knowing that there are still companies out there that take such pride in their work! Ron even texted me after the job was done to make sure his crew did the job to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Tree Pros for any job you may have as they treat you as a valuable customer unlike some companies out there!! Thank you Ron & Co!

This is the 3rd time we have used TreePro. Ron Goodwin and his workers arrived ontime & we reviewed the work to be done. The 2 workers started immediately & worked very hard for about 2 hrs with no breaks. They followed our directions exactly & were extremely diligent about cleaning up after they finished - they used a leaf blower to make sure all the cuttings were removed & placed in the large trailer they haul to the jobsites. Mr. Goodwin had other jobs to manage so his lead worker was directed to go with us to a 2nd property, where we also wanted them to trim bushes & trees. The job at the 2nd site was larger than we had estimated, due to overgrown trees from neighbor's yards that needed to be trimmed. We ask Mr. Goodwin if he wanted to adjust the fee he had set for the 2 jobs, but he said no. The job took about 3 hrs at the 2nd site & required a 2nd trailer due to the quantity of cuttings. Again, the workers did a great job cleaning up after trimming was completed.

It went really well. They did a really good job and they cleaned up after themselves. I even referred them to my neighbors. They were very professional. They were punctual. They came when they said they would.

I hired 2 tree trimmers for the day. I explained the job in the morning and left for work. When I came back at lunch I noticed only 1-1/2 trees has been trimmed in 4 hours. I knew this wasn't efficient as my previous tree trimmer did the job with one person in 10 hours. I then watched the individuals try to hand cut giant mulberry trees by hand not using a chain saw for the next 30 minutes. I promptly called the supervisor and explained that this was not acceptable. He quickly agreed and sent over one of his best guys to help finish the job. I appreciate when people care about their reputation and stand by their work. I would use them again and recommend their services.

They work quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable. Now the palms look great. I highly recommend them.

Initially, the tree was brought down. I was a little surprised that the workers left before the full time was up as there was still large chunks of wood uncut. The following day I then saw that one of the larger branches had hit the power line and cable line, pulling the power line support off it's moorings on the building, bending it and the steel pipe into power box away from the house. After contacting the owner, he came by to assess the damage and told me he would have his electrician do the work. Damage was on Nov. 4th. Was assured by Tree Pro owner Ron Goodwin on Nov. 16th that the electrician was just waiting to hear from the power company about disconnecting the line for work required. I have not heard from them since nor has there been a response to my request for an update. The damages are likely in the thousands and I will now have to pursue that in small claims court. I am a contractor with 20 years experience and this is not how you make up for a mistake your own people made. Accidents happen but it is important that businesses take responsibility for them when they do.

They had trouble getting to my home and arrived 3 to 4 hours later than expected. The quality of the trimming was good, the quality of the cleanup was excellent. There were almost no traces left of a major trimming job after blow cleaning the entire yard. Because they were late they worked quickly, and apparently left cut fronds in the trees. Recent high winds have brought four fronds to the ground, all with cut, not broken, ends.

Good- Purchased their Special. DId even have to be home.

I was delighted! They did a fabulous job of thinning the trees! Previous services I've tried made the trees look like a bunch of branches with just a bit of green left. TreePro did an incredible job of making the trees look full, yet trimmed appropriately! When they left our yard was clean and the trees looked marvelous!
