He came out to give me an estimate, and he wanted to charge me extra.

We purchased a Big Deal from TreePro. Ron was very responsive in scheduling a visit to assess the scope of work. He was very communicative in updating us on scheduling. Apparently the Big Deal brought in a significant amount of work, and he was coordinating the jobs geographically. This did not unduly impact the time to schedule the work, although the rogue snowstorm did bump us a day. The crew that came to do the work were very professional, obviously competent and very eager to please. They checked in throughout the job to make sure that the work they were doing was meeting our expectations -- and those of the neighbors where one of the trees had limbs that overhung their yard. They did a great job of cleaning up, including replacing the patio furniture cushions that had been moved out of the way! All in all, a very nice job!

I was a small businessman for years, so I understand customer service and providing true value quite well. From initial phone contact everything was cordial, professional, and clear. Next day the owner visited to give me a bid. All was straightforward, clear, and to my surprise, not as expensive as I would have imagined. I gladly said yes. Crew arrived next day, and since I'm retired now I had the leisure to observe the work from A to Z. Two things impressed me. One was how much time and sheer effort the two hardworking guys put in - thank goodness I didn't try it myself - and the other was the quantity of the branches and trimmings removed. So that's why they came in a large truck which they filled way high. All in all, the whole process from start to finish was congenial, efficient, quality work for a really reasonable price. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Ordered Angie's List special deal for Tree Pro. Received communication from Ron (owner) within one day and set up day for work review and estimate. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost for the amount of work I wanted done. Agreed on price and day for work to be complete which was within the week of first contact. Crew came out and did a wonderful job of thinning out and shaping the large trees in the front and back of my yard. Ron's crew are artists at tree trimming, the four trees look fantastic. I am very happy with the end results. I will definitely use Tree Pro again and I will refer them to family and friends.

Ron came out and looked over the trees and then gave me the cost to do all the work I wanted done. His total price was competitive with other companies that have trimmed my trees. The crew came and did over 30 trees in one day. They did excellent work. They also cleaned up the leaves around the entire property. I was very happy with their work.

They arrived when they said they would and worked none stop for around 4 hours. They were very polite and knew what they were doing. I was given a quote and that's exactly what the bill was. I will definitely call them again when I need tree trimming done.

They did a very good jub and left no mess

The trees had never been trimmed before so they really needed some work. These guys did a wonderful job. They worked non-stop and the guy doing the trimming and shaping knew what he was doing. Got into those trees and went to work transforming them into nice looking trees again. They did all clean-up perfectly, and took away all debris. Couldn't have asked for more...and very reasonable. I'll have them back to do my palms.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List ($75 for $150 of service). I received a phone call from Ron Goodwin within 24hrs of my purchase. I described what I needed ( I had a tree that was overgrowing my patio). I volunteered to take pictures and Ron quickly agreed that he would be able to estimate the job from the pictures. I sent them about an hour later and Ron promptly called me back and said that they would be able to provide the service within the purchased package. On Monday they came out and provided the tree trimming and cleaned up all of the debris. When I arrived home, I was very pleased with the service, and I received a follow up call from Ron to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend Tree Pro to everyone and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Very happy!!

Very pleased with workmen and the work they did trimming 2 Fan Palms which were extensively overgrown. Clean-up was excellent - above and beyond. The workmen were friendly and informative.

I put all the details in the box for what the provider did. The info it asked for in that box is the same as what is asked for in this box.....Tree Pro COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER!!!!! Please see the above remarks.

Tree Pro was great - they explained what they were going to do and why pruning twice a year would really help my tree grow and look better. It's a small tree, only a few years old but it was looking more like a bush. Now - it looks like a tree! I recommend Tree Pro and will be having him prune my tree twice a year now as they suggested.

He was professional and knowledgeable. I haven't seen a tree uprooted in that manner before. He always updated me on how he wanted the tree cut.

The provider called with time of arrival about 30 minutes ahead of arrival, and arrived on time. The job was done with a minimum of disruption, and clean up. It took about an hour. The service man was courteous and efficient. The only negative was that the truck he arrived with had no company markings.

Good service and nice work, cleaned up and hauled off. the men did what I asked.

I took advantage of Angie's List deal: $75 for $150 worth of tree trimming. Ron, the owner, responded same day I took advantage of the add; was punctual and very personable when coming out to give an estimate for work to be done. Turned out it cost me $80 more; however, I still came out ahead getting $230 worth of tree trimming for $155. The trees had not be trimmed in sometime and look beautiful now. The workers showed up on the date and at the time promised (a unique experience in Las Vegas!) and were very professional, swiftly completed the work and clean-up and Ron showed up during their trimming to ask if everything was "ok" and reviewed their work. Very pleasant experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.

It went very well. The workers are professional and courteous. They worked till almost dark. It seems they have too many scheduled for same day. At any rate, we have no complaints, they did their job well. Had to add an extra $45 since I have two trees to trim. I think it is still reasonable. The only downside is the scheduling, we had to wait almost all day for them to show up.

I have many trees on my lot and they grow full and fast. Tree Pro's team did a wonderful job doing MUCH needed pruning to 3 thick olive trees and 7 African Sumac trees. They had an enormous pile of debris to haul away! The did more than I expected though. They cleaned up my whole yard, blowing all the debris and hauling it away, even yard debris that I created earlier and they didn't make. They were responsive and progressional and I WILL use them again! They pruned the trees to my specifications, they asked me to review their work several times so they could verify what I wanted. I have NO complaints!!

The crew .of two young men arrived on time and we discussed what had to be done, The oldest tree had some problems with borers and they were able to remove the infected areas. They worked steadily and cleaned as they went. At the end, Ron , the boss, came and suggested some minor improvements. My yard and the side of the house never looked so clean. My neighbor is delighted since one tree overhung his driveway. All in all a great success.

Exceptional service! On time, hard workers, our yard was spotless after trees were cut!

They did an exceptional job of shaping and thinning the tree. They were punctual, thorough and very clean. After they left there was no sign of an debris. They were great.
